Fun breakfast, good menu for foodies with lots of fun ingredients. Most everything seems made in-house, from sausage to hot sauces, and there are a ton of savory options. Will be back again!

Rise always has very good food and menu selections. Everyday there's a new creation for their special, and scone offerings. Everything is quality and made fresh and you can taste that in the meal. The ownership and servers are top notch!

I knew they would be high quality, but I never knew a place could in addition to your favorite breakfast fare, have their own dishes that are unlike anywhere else, with sauces they invented, drizzles and glazes on your plate, and a master chef's discoveries of pairings. I had the Colorful Colorado- one of their chef's recipes - and it came completely fresh, locally sourced, and it was light and healthy. It came with a homemade jam, and it was the best jam I've had maybe ever. Just one reason this place is 5 stars! One of many! They are great at lots of things. And if your meal takes a moment to prepare, it might be because they know what they're doing and they're making some added flavors of your meal that complement the flavors, and make it gourmet. They label clearly their allergens on the menu. The staff is peppy and fun. The room is bright and clean. What a way to wake up. You will not be disappointed with RISE, a local favorite of its neighborhood.

Avocado toast was delicious. Corncakes and chorizo was also good. The biscuits and sausage gravy, not so much. Someone got very heavy handed with the nutmeg in the sausage gravy. Made it taste very strange.

This is my first time here, once you walk in you feel like part of the family. The owner came over and we started talking like we had known each other for years! All of the staff makes you feel welcome, and they all look like they are enjoying their job! I ordered the breakfast burrito, and it was one of the best ones I have had in years. The green chili was spot on!! I told myself I was going to only eat half, The next thing I knew...it was gone! Haha! My wife had the blueberry pancakes, and they also were just as tasty! We have found our "go to" breakfast place!

We came here for the gluten-free options and were blown away. There were multiple GF dishes on the menu with very detailed descriptions. I settled on the corn cakes and chorizo. I asked to separate the ingredients and add a side of syrup so I could taste pancakes plus add the ingredients on top bite by bite for both savory and sweet options. The owner/cook was extremely accommodating, and also stressed how the elements went together well. He was right. I was so happy with my dish. My friend got the Lorraine frittata and the herb aioli on top was to die for. She added their house hot sauce and it was the perfect mix of flavor and slight spice. It didn't taste like a chunky can of salsa, it was so flavorful. The service was amazing. Both the owner and the waitress were kind and attentive. I didn't expect such service at a busy brunch place but they all made their rounds and we felt very well taken care of. Inside the diner is bright and clean. It looks like a typical brunch space and would be perfect for a casual girls brunch or day date. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone needing GOOD gluten friendly options, lots of flavor, and a positive environment.
